2. Use of Our Website

3. Service Appointments & Quotes
All service appointments and quotes are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes provided are based on the information you share with us and may change if the actual condition, size, or scope of the space differs from what was described. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or beyond our capabilities.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take the utmost care when cleaning your space, Goldwing Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from items that are unstable, improperly secured, or not disclosed to us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
